Important Notice: It is important to meet 30 minutes prior to departure, as we leave right on time and cannot wait for late arrivals. All required fishing equipment is provided. Wear comfortable, WARM clothing and shoes. We suggest bringing a hat and gloves as well. Please bring lunch and snacks with you. Cash gratuity for the crew is gratefully accepted.

Please note that ALL SEATS reserved by you for the day of your charter are considered sold and held for your enjoyment. All seats reserved are subject to our cancellation policy. If you need fewer seats than originally reserved, you must give proper notice to Pacific Charter Services so those seats can be reserved by other customers.

Cancellation Policy: Charter trips can only be cancelled by the captain. All seat reservation cancellations by customers less than 14 days of scheduled charter date will not receive a refund on their deposit. Cancellations less than 3 days of charter date will be charged the full amount of the seats reserved, and no-shows by customers on the day of the fishing charter will be charged the full amount of the booked trip. When you reserve a fishing trip we do not book anyone else for that time slot, and due to a short season we need to stress the importance of all reservations.
All trips cancelled prior to leaving port due to severe ocean conditions will be rescheduled or refunded.
Customers are responsible for the total number of seats reserved, and all seats reserved are subject to Pacific Charter Services cancellation policy.
Pacific Charter Services is not responsible for customer fishing licenses due to cancellations.
All cancellation notices must be sent via email to sdwight2010@gmail.com, and please note that voicemails and texts are not valid notice of cancellation.
